Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 1. New fleet acquisition.2. Ensure continuous billing in all the fleets every month.3. Improve range selling.4. Manage the team in terms of PJP, Visit effectiveness, Territory coverage.5. Issues & conflict resolution.6. Stock ordering & optimum usage of available stock.7. Coordination with SCM team for maintaining TAT & cost reduction.8. Coaching, Training & Mentoring the team.9. Managing the app (with the help of IT & MDM Team).10. Improving views, ratings & hits in the app.11. Continuous improvement in the UI & UX of the app.12. Ensure market demand for newer categories/ SKUs are captured properly & addedin the catalogue.13. Catalogue rationalization: de-list the slow- moving stocks.14. Plan & execute the primary schemes.15. Track effectiveness of the scheme & take re-course.16. Executive reporting to the senior leadership.Education - Graduate, Master s in business studies will be an advantage.Desired Candidate Profile 7 + years Sales & Distribution experience (Automotive, FMCG, Tyres).Proven proficiency in creating, managing & driving omni channel business.# Focused, Driven by Challenge, Self-Motivator, Decision Making Ability, Team Player,
