Job Description

Understand company profile and operations to understand its product and sales needs
Understand the goal-based acquisition and partnership plan
Partnership with Training Institutes and Universities
On field follow up with Institutes for regular disbursements
Achieve the set disbursement and new partnership targets
Candidates with connections in coaching centers and education sector background will be preferred
Basic knowledge on Loan Products and fintech terminology like IRR, Tenure, ROI, NPA etc.
Preferable candidate with experience in Banking/ Lending sector
Update the lead acquisition tracker on a daily basis
Tracking of the goals and management review on a weekly basis and piloting based on market requirements
Presentation of sales initiatives taken and objectives attained on a weekly basis to the CEO
Steps for enhancement of branding, positioning, communications, and other sales issues
Liaise with on-field vendors
Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing and Strategy
