Job Description

Title: SAP PPDS ConsultantExperience: 7 to 12 years Client Location:Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore

  • 8 to 10 years of strong experience in SAP PP/PP-PI and 3 years in S4 HANA PPDS, APO-PPDS.
  • Candidate should have good understanding and experience in different phases of software development life cycle in relation to ERP implementation.
  • Must have Independent involvement in at least 3 full cycle implementation in the area of PP/PP-PI, QM and atleast one in PPDS (S4 HANA)
  • Candidate must have direct client facing experience in requirement gathering, solution building, and presentation/solution demo in workshops.
  • Must have done Gap analysis, Function specifications, Unit and Integration testing and project relevant documentations.
  • Candidate must aware of SAP standard practices for PP, QM and PPDS along with industry solutions.
  • S/4 HANA implementation/Migration experience is added advantage.
Worked on at least 2 Manufacturing Models out of Make to Stock, Make to Order, Make to Order with Order BOM, Engineer to Order, Project Manufacturing.
  • Overview understanding of setup for PPDS, Master data Material master setup for PPDS, Models and Planning versions, Material and Product set up, Locations, workcenter/resource, source of supply MRP Live, PP heuristics (dispatched within MRP_live), DS Heuristics, PP/DS Optimizer, Detailed planning board utilization, Alert Monitoring.
  • Knowledge of other components of SCM-APO and integration knowledge and experience on aATP, GATP, DP, SNP, IBP-SOP
