Job Description

This is a team which is collocated across two locations in India i.e. Bengaluru and Gurgaon. Role DescriptionThis is for the position of a Consultant in the HR&TM practice. This individual will support client engagements across geographies to design and develop solutions for technology or process driven transformational projects. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients. We are seeking talented individuals to manage work streams on client engagements and to take a pro-active business development role by building relationships with stakeholders. You would need knowledge and skills in HR Transformation, Behavioural Change Management, Organisation Development and ideally in one other area.
  • HR transformation : HR Activity Analysis on current State Vs. future State and opportunity costs. HR transformation by assessing current HR processes, future processes and fit gap analysis. Creating cost effective, integrated HR functions, developed business case and transition plan
  • Organization development: Analyze span of control, pyramids, job groups. Redesign & reallocate roles for optimum span of control and organization layers. Industry benchmarking. Target operating model development, organisation design
  • Behavioural change management: Change Management Strategy, Communication Strategy, User Adoption Strategy. Perform Change Impact Assessment and Action Planning, Persona Based Journey Mapping, Stakeholder Categorization and Engagement.
  • Talent Management: Competency Assessments, developing competency framework (technical and behavioural) for critical future roles. Develop talent strategies.
  • Technology Adoption: Design and develop eLearning and classroom training courses for clients undergoing technology/process driven change.
Experience and BackgroundCandidates should have the following experience
  • Support HR Process redesign & process improvement
  • Improve overall HR operational efficiency through various interventions, including technology (interview guide, work activity analysis, synthesis of information, report and so forth)
  • Conduct HR Benchmarking and Research
  • Design end-to-end change strategy and approach by assisting case for change
  • Design the change deliverables and create communication plan and roadmap, training strategy and plan
  • Conduct change impact analysis and prepare change impact action plan
  • Prepare Persona Map, Journey Map, Moments that matter
  • Create Change adoption strategy and plan. Support execution of business adoption activities-including go-live communication updates, dashboards, marketing collaterals, etc.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, change measurement (change readiness/surveys, business readiness) and additional experience in culture and change diagnostics
  • Design Talent strategy and develop competency framework
  • Conduct Job Evaluation, Target operating model development
  • Demonstrate proficiency in HR organization design analysis and process designing using ARIS / Visio
  • Exhibit understanding of various survey tools
  • Drive communications with the onshore stakeholders using different media (emails, calls, VC etc.) to ensure there are no gaps
  • Take complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the project
  • Responsibility for deliverables that add significantly to the overall success of a project or work stream
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in advising clients and member firm stakeholders to maximise benefits while reducing risks
  • Demonstrate continuous learning and a passion about your discipline with a background of continuous learning
  • Supports capability building and demand generation and identifies areas where KPMG Global Services (KGS) can provide support to other member firms
Qualifications and Skills
  • 3 6 years of core experience in HRT/OD/Talent Management/BCM
  • Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Aris, Qualtrics, OrgVue and Survey designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey Gizmo
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Presentation skills to communicate change strategies and recommendations resulting from analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines
