Job Description

    Senior Agile Practitioner
    • Coach several cross-functional and distributed teams with the focus on agile mindset, values, and principles
    • Establish collaborative partnerships with the teams to guide and encourage them on their journey of continuous improvement
    • Introduce new ideas and processes which improve team collaboration, effectiveness, performance, productivity, and overall contentment
    • Define key metrics that show the progress of the transformation effort, including dashboard reporting, and educate stakeholders on interpreting and utilizing the metrics
    • Provide training for the teams in areas where agile concepts are new or not followed
    • Establish and support a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised
    • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
    • Ensure new teams are supported through formation
    Stakeholders
    • Support product owners and product managers, especially with respect to defining priorities and maintaining a product backlog
    • Coach other leaders on agility and continuous improvement
    • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and coordination through reaching out to the larger organization for impediment removal and dependency tracking
    • Collaborate closely with other agile practitioners and project managers to influence and transform the organization through experimentation and continuous improvement, technical enablement, training delivery, strategic alignment, and lean coaching

    • Work fully remotely from anywhere in the Czech Republic or from the Brno or Prague offices if desired with teams who reside across multiple time zones
    What you will bring
    • Demonstrated track record of coaching teams at varying maturity levels on using agile and lean methods and delivering software products to production
    • Great facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to influence change
    • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with Jira or other agile lifecycle management tooling
    • Data-driven analysis skills for managing and measuring software delivery
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent training
    • Bachelors degree in a STEM field, or combination of relevant education and experience
    • Technical skills, knowledge of Red Hat products, and open source software development is a plus
