Job Description

    Sr. Developer - We are looking for a +6 years experience Sr. Developer to manage operations. The person should be able to do and read code in a variety of languages like PHP, Python, Javascript, Node, React etc. The person should be able to delegate work to other parties and providing assured Quality Control over the outcome. The person should be well versed in: 1. Understanding how much time a task should take, and deciding whether to handle it by yourself or relying on others. 2. Be able to appraise code of others, recommend changes, reject bad code and provide proper feedback to the HR. 3. Spending dedicated time in upgrading their skills. The specialist would report to the Chief Results Officer for now, and should be wellversed in presenting ongoing efforts in a detailed manner. The developer would be handling client work, as well as the development of internal IT tools. The main task of the developer is to understand the client website needs and delivering on them. The developer would be coding himself, and also rely on others to make sure timelines are met regardless of any obstacles faced, while also making sure that quality of the work is never compromised upon. The developer should be able to provide unbiased reviews to the HR, who will manage relationship with the part-time candidates. The candidate would be appraised by the quality and resilience of their operations - adherence to timelines, reviews provided by clients, recurrence of client preferences for your work, the balance between doing it yourself and depending on others to make sure delivery is unaffected and clients continue to trust us with their work
