Job Description

We are recruiting for the Senior Associate position in the COO team, working as a Senior Associate in this team, your responsibilities will include:Responsible for maintaining and publishing weekly & monthly Business Dashboards for leadershipManage financial reports and share varianceAnalyze business to track & improve metrics & profitabilityHelp establish plans, budgets, allocating resources and reviewing progressLiaise with various teams to ensure seamless operations continuityDevelop Dashboards using Power BI and other data visualization tools to develop dashboards in collaboration with Business and Management Information teamsManage stakeholders and escalationsHave strong tolerance for ambiguity.Quick learner with can do attitude.Help project managers in executing certain ad-hoc projects & understanding the purpose of these projects and executing effectively., *Qualifications:Graduate/MBA with 5+ years of experience in business operations and /or delivery in big 4 or shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with senior leaders.Strong communication and collaborationProject managementData Reporting and analysisPower point and Excel proficiencyWork closely with business teams in implementing new ideas and standardizing process before development.Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment.Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged.Preferred SkillsProficiency Power BI/Tableau would be an added advantage.
