Job Description

    Job DescriptionsAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a key creative force within our team, responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Your expertise in design principles, creativity, and leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-quality visuals that captivate our audience and elevate our brand presence.Responsibilities:
    • Develop innovative design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.
    • Create various visual materials, including digital graphics, print collateral, social media content, and more.
    • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.
    • Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
    • Solve design challenges with creativity and unique solutions.
    • Work closely with clients to understand design needs and incorporate feedback.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field (Masters preferred).
    • X years of proven graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
    • Strong grasp of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
    • Leadership skills to guide junior designers and provide clear direction.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
    • Experience in both print and digital design, with knowledge of various platforms.
    • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
    • UI/UX knowledge and video editing skills are advantageous.
