Job Description

This role is a very senior leadership level reporting to the CEOWe are keen to speak to someone who comes with a tenured leadership experience in both Legal and compliance, manages a very strategic role and comes with an overall oversight of the Financial Services business who understands the key importance of the function overall and is instrumental in building the team in the right culture. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Oversight across teams and ownership for embedding the compliance culture in the organisation.- Work closely with Senior Management to enhance the conduct and culture framework- Data Privacy, Labor laws, business laws, HR advisory, disciplinary issues, Risk Mitigation, Compliance and Operation Risk, Regulatory policies, and changes, Company Secretarial function for both offshoring and local.- Work on Strategic Alliances/ initiatives, global/local projects.- Participate and advise/guide in critical and important committee meetings. To be eligible for this role you will require: - 22- 25+ years of experience of managing Legal/ compliance/ control/ Risk and Secretarial functions.- Excellent communication and influencing skills.- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity in judgement, high ethical standards.- Work experience into Financial Services, having good understanding of Capital markets and Investment Banking exposure.This job opening was posted long time back.
