Job Description

    The responsibilities will involve the following:
    • Pro-actively Identify opportunities to support the business with data analytics and reporting
    • Responsible for ensuring the Reporting & Analytics team is working effectively and meeting delivery deadlines
    • Coaching and mentoring junior team members (support) on workload and stakeholder management
    • Proactively manage stakeholder issues and workload prioritization
    • Closely work with stakeholders and enabling functions to ensure the right resource is available to support each engagement / project
    • Manage projects with technology solutions using Office, SharePoint, and other applications to ensure smooth Reporting
    • Ensure Timelines and Quality of demand and supply reporting, budgeting, business efficiency etc. in addition to overseeing day-to-day delivery responsibilities
    • Reporting of issues of concern and/or business incidents to Reporting Lead and/or Senior Leadership
    • Provide support and cover for operations support levels across and upwards within team
    • Ensure appropriate risk controls are in place so that items such as the potential risk to company arising from money laundering and fraud, is minimised
    Operational excellence
    • Responsible for driving change and operational management of the service line
    • Monitor industry trends and competitors, partner and client landscapes and build framework to translate market insights into business actions
    • Drive operational efficiencies and ensure goals are met
    • Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards
    Collaboration & Teaming
    • Drive leading practices to ensure the continued trajectory in integration with global member firms
    • Actively collaborate with all service lines & support services to deliver client excellence through a One Firm mind-set
    • Lead, guide, coach and motivate team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
    , * Job Requirements Qualifications / Skills
    • Master s degree from an accredited college/university
    • Proficient with MS Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx and other Data Analytics tools; Working knowledge of PowerPoint and other regular MS Office applications
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong acumen for numbers
    • Candidate is expected to be a quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and technologies
    • Candidate is expected to be a good team player with strong coordination skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    Professional Experience
    • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Reporting / MIS / PMO including minimum 5 years experience as people manager along with stakeholder management
    • Working knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
