Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work along with RSMs, BMs, ASMs, in their respective markets and to help them build competencies to translate laid out objectives / KPIs.
  • Help identify key distribution gaps in each Branch at town level & cluster level, and work on the same to improve these gaps.
  • Help drive both Number Distribution (ND) and Weighted Distribution (WD) at state / Branch level.
  • Look at all emerging channels in Physical & Virtual space existing & upcoming and help evaluatemultiple sales/distribution channels to service.
  • Pricing & Discounts: Get best practices to implement in each branch Uniform Price list implementation & discounting guidelines.
  1. Act as a central Repository of all schemes, and Contribution margins.
  2. Help NSH minimize price arbitrage happening across markets.
  3. Help run Professional 3rd Party pricing monitoring to monitor desired pricing & minimize price-undercutting.
  4. Get BMs to implement the right ROI of distributors.
  5. Distributor Health Card - Work with NSH on constantly updating the same, with real time data from field.
  • Help drive the right Product-Market fitment, across each Branch.
  • Help NSH to start the practice of implementing the Targeted Gross Margins / Contribution Margins at each branch.
  • Drive better ARPU drive Mix and drive higher gross margins.
  • Right Commercial practices: Help each branch get onto the agreed commercial instruments of Merino, and a Why-Why analysis of whats preventing success at any place.
  • Help Drive the right GTM model: Help NSH drive new & upcoming service models like C&FA, E-Commerce etc to reach to out TG with the optimum costs.
  • Aid on all Sales Automation projects coming up.
  • Help drive better shop shares drive through inputs from shops through uniform programs collaborative approach with marketing.
  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Relevant working experience of minimum 10 years in building material, consumer durable or FMCG industry.
