We are better prepared to seize the new worlds opportunities.About the Business Operations roleAs the Senior Manager of Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our organization. You will lead a team responsible for process improvement, data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Responsibilities1. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes across all areas of operations- payments operations, customer onboarding, compliance, and risk. Implement best practices and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency. Continuously monitor and evaluate processes, making adjustments as necessary.2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Set up dashboards and reporting cadence across all functions Oversee the collection and analysis of data to track KPIs and provide actionable insights. Create and present reports to senior leadership, facilitating data-driven decision-making.3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication among various departments to ensure alignment with organisational objectives- finance, product, compliance & risk, and sales Act as a liaison between departments to resolve operational issues and promote teamwork.4. Technology and Tools: Leverage technology and systems to optimise workflows and enhance productivity. Identify and implement new technologies that support operational improvements. Work closely with product and engineering teams to build tools- document business requirements and follow through development and implementation5. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the companys strategic plans based on operational insights. Provide recommendations for strategic initiatives and resource allocation.The Ideal Candidate Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations management, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience in a senior operations management role, with at least 7 years of experience, preferably in Consulting firm . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with relevant technology and tools. The ability to drive change and deliver results.
