Job Description

    Senior Manager - Human Resources ( Operations, Reporting & Generalist )This is an exciting Opportunity with a Leading MNC Manufacturing Client. - As a HR Operations and Reporting Manager, you will provide support to the HR team and internal requests related to the operational & business needs of the organization. In this role you will undertake a variety of HR operations, analysis and reporting responsibilities. - The post holder will work with internal stakeholders of the Human Resources function to maximize the effectiveness of key strategic and operational projects across Talent, Engagement & Resourcing, Organisational Design and HR Business Partnering and HR Operations. Key responsibilities : 1. Accuracy: Provide accurate data that can be relied upon to inform business decisions, working with other members of the HR team to improve data accuracy 2. Reporting Lead: Be the main point of contact for all people within the business, producing data needs of each business stakeholder.4. People Cost, Headcount, Performance: Partner with key stakeholders within the business to develop an accurate and clear methodology to track total people costs, including on-costs for employees . 5. Provide headcount data to the business so that managers can more easily predict their costs. Demonstrate, through data, the performance of employees for business to help identify high achievers.5. Key HR Processes: Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of key strategic processes within the HR function e.g. organisational design, learning needs analysis, employee engagement etc. 6. Management Information: Responsible to manage a team that develops a reporting suite that can be accessed by line managers within the business. Work with key stakeholders to deliver meaningful and tailored reporting 7. Performance : Develop methods to track processes/initiatives. Provide people-related context and information which can drive the strategy of the businessThis role involves people management and compensation will not be a constraint to the right candidate. Essential Criteria :MBA with 10+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry.- Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally at all levels of business operations- Analytical and numerate with a keen attention to detail- A team player - Competent stakeholder manager- Effective organisational, prioritization and planning skillsThis job opening was posted long time back.
