Job Description

    Job SummaryThe candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees skills and performance. He/She will monitor training program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stay updated on training trends. Working in the L&D vertical with the ultimate objective of creating a learning ecosystem. The incumbent will have to think out of the box to conceptualize unique and engaging solutions for different types of employees in the organization.Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. Deploy a wide variety of training methods. Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions. Monitor and evaluate training programs. effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them. Manage with the team to ensure execution within the training budget. Provide opportunities for ongoing development. Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understanding their specific needs, and customizing training programs accordingly. Identifying and project managing the implementation of a Learning Management System.Professional Experience/ Qualification Proven work experience as a Training Manager Track record in designing and executing successful training programs Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals MBA/ Master Degree. Certification and experience of coaching, NLP and psychology will be an added advantage 7 years of relevant experience as a Trainer,
