DescriptionPosition: Senior Manager/ Manager (Tax & Regulatory) Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant Location: Janakpuri, DelhiExperience: 7 to 10 years work experience in Tax and Regulatory in CA FirmPrimary responsibility is to ensure that all projects are independently managed, executed and delivered with exceptional quality resulting in client delight and timely realization of receivables Organizational Level:Reports To : Partner/ DirectorManages: Team of 5-6 people (Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive/ Articles)Responsibilities:- Technical Skills Required:Direct Tax1. TDS Calculations and filling of returns2. Tax Audits (Individual / Firms / Companies/LLP)3. Income Tax Returns (Individual/ Firm/ Companies/LLP/ Trust)4. Advance Tax5. Filling of SFT s6. Filling of 15 CA/ CB7. Tax structuring and advisory to clients8. Department Visits/ LitigationIndirect Tax1. GST registrations, calculations and filling of returns2. GST Audits3. GST Refunds4. GST- Contract Review & Structuring5. Tax structuring and advisory to clients6. Department Visits on need basisRegulatory/ ROC1. Filling of Annual Returns, MGT-7, AOC-4 etc2. Change of Registered Address3. Directors-KYC4. DPT-35. FLA6. Incorporation of companiesOthers1. Updation of IEC code2. NHB Compliance3. Special assignments like Due Diligence & transaction Structuring.Prior Experience: Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients; interact with them regularly; keep them updated on projects and developments that could have a bearing on their businessEnsure that all work output and services rendered to the client are of the highest qualityHandled team of 4-6 peopleEnsure adherence to the firm s policies and processes by the teamWell versed with Microsoft Office suitSkills and Qualifications:Chartered AccountantGood Client Handling & Team Handling skills7- 10years work experience in Tax & RegulatoryPossess excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skillsPossess strong operational knowledge and understanding of process implementation and improvementUse of Computax software & other softwareImportant Skillsa) P&L Managementb) Business Development & Networking skillsc) Client & Project Managementd) Talent Management & Developmente) Knowledge Sharing via social media and public presentations.
