Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in utilizing Figma for designing web applications and possess strong graphic design skills for various collateral such as brochures, social media posts, and other marketing materials.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative and effective user interfaces for web applications. Translate requirements and wireframes into visually appealing and functional user interfaces using Figma and other design tools. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Design and optimize graphics for web applications, brochures, social media posts, and other marketing materials. Ensure consistent branding and design across. all platforms, adhering to established design guidelines and standards. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product. Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design efforts with overall marketing strategies and product goals.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in web application development. Proficiency in using Figma, or other design and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience in creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials including brochures, social media posts, etc. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work and design projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
