    • Expert in Service Now development, administration and configuration, and development.Business rules - Client scripts - UI policies - Data policies ACLs - UI actions - Script includes - Transform -maps Workflows - Form and list configuration with multiple views - Database views, Inbound Actions.
    • Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and expertise in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs.
    • Working experience with Service Now modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, Knowledge Base is an added advantage.
    • Responsible for the gathering technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
    • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js, HTML.
    • Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
    • (essential) fluent English written and spoken
    Responsibilities
    • Develop high-quality software design and architecture
    • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
    • Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
    • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
    • Review and debug code
    • Perform validation and verification testing
    • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
    • Document development phases and monitor systems
    • Ensure software is up to date with latest technologies
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • ServiceNow Dev / Admin Certification
    • Working knowledge in enterprise architectures.
