Job Description

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.At least 7 years of experience in working with Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM, CMDB, FSM (Field Service Management), GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), ITOM (IT Operations Management), Asset Management, Integration hub with hands on experience of working across multiple integrations.Preferred Qualifications:A fundamental understanding of Servicenow modules, integration hub and hands on experiences with Servicenow integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third party applicationsRepresent Scicom in customer RFPs, build Servicenow Solutions that are adhering to the best practicesCustomize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure WorkflowCollaborate effectively with other ServiceNow consultants to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests, guide them achieve customer requirements and ensure compliances to the best practicesExperience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow systemBusiness, IT Stakeholders & Vendor Management SkillGood experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools.,
