Job Description

    a.To organize train and supervise over the restaurant/delivery service staff for the purpose of giving satisfactory service to guestsb.To be able to take complete charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager/Store manager.c.To develop restaurant sales through setting high standards of service to guestsd.To conduct daily briefings and allocate duties to subordinate staff(s).e.To acquire thorough knowledge of food and beverage control procedures and implement the same.f.To handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction through immediate action.g. For take away ensure all the online portals and delivery riders present and ensure hassle free operations.h.To inspect all service staffi.To plan the staff duty roster with the approval of the manager in chargej.To co-ordinate with all staff for proper, clean and adequate supply of restaurant daily requirements as per par stocks.k.To co-ordinate with engineering for maintenance of the fittings and equipment in the service area.l.To consciously and continuously strive to better his/ her skills and increase his/ her knowledge.m.To ensure wastage count to be maintained below 0.5 % of the total sales.n.Also to monitor variances of the product.
