Job Description

- Providing advisory and opinion under the Income Tax Act and other related laws, including Withholding Tax for tax efficient transaction advisory, structuring, restructuring and periodic tax compliance and filings. - Review and drafting of agreement for tax efficient and compliant transactions. - Providing assistance and supervising financial accounting and transactions. - Providing advisory and transaction structuring and re-structuring for cross border trade (with related or unrelated parties) in line with Direct Tax laws in India and International Jurisprudence such as OECD Guidelines and DTAA. - Preparation and filing of transfer pricing studies and reports.- Providing advisory, support and handholding on setup of new business entities in India or abroad keeping in mind the Direct Tax and other related laws in India. - Drafting, filing and follow up for applications and other declarations (Application for lower deduction of tax etc.) - Proficiency in financial data analysis, MIS, Documentation, MS- Office, use and analysis through popular accounting software and exposure to IND-AS. - Providing assistance to clients in departmental investigation, search and seizure. - Drafting of application, representation, letters, replies to show cause notices and statutory Appeals and appearance before the departmental authorities.This job opening was posted long time back.
