Job Description

Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for SME. Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR. Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidityposition and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, creditchecks etc. As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioningforums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries. To interact with approving authority and provide them with required informationfor better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them anindependent view of the credit / economic developments. Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio To align decision making with business requirements without compromising onquality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging inregular discussions with the business teams. Team Handling 3 4 people Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs. Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority. Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio. Escalate with action plan for non compliances. Visit the units and submit inspection reports. Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
