Your primary focus will be to create compelling content, engage our target audience, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.Social Media and Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive social media and content strategies aligned with business goals; Identify key growth opportunities and new channels to expand our brands online presence.Content Creation & Community Engagement: Create and curate engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, including posts, images, videos (reels etc), and Scripts for Brand Ads. Foster community engagement by overseeing CRM and consumer interactions on social media.Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all channels. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to propose innovative ideas for content creation and distribution.Must-Have Skills: 2-3 years of proven experience in managing social media and content marketing strategies to drive organic growth. Experience in creating content for social media platforms in the form of reels, carousels and posts across paltforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. High adaptability and willingness to explore and implement new marketing trends and technologies. Strong content creation skills to ensure we create high quality content on social media that resonates with the audiences and pushes organic growth. Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.What is the recruitment process: As a small team (~70 folks), its imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 30-60 minutes. Typically the whole process takes between 5 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules.
