Partnerb) CustomerPrimary Responsibilities:Presales/Commercial engagement:Working with the Sales team to ensure effective delivery of materials and demonstrationsProviding proof of concept support as required (SAT 0,1 &2)Partnering with colleagues to produce collateral for presentations and training documentationEngineering:In collaboration with Engineering investigate customer issues and work with them to find solutionsTranslation of commercial issues into technical solutions and technical solutions into customer educationTool definition, process, improvement, and feedbackTraining:Develop and deliver solution training to internal and external customersDevelop a suite of training videos to support the upskilling of local teams to be able to solve specific issues (internal and external) to include product itself and implementationDevelop training on new functionalityKeep teams up to date with new product features.Develop and deliver training internally and externally on product implementationTraining for 3rd party integrations into utilityField training for installation/commissioningDelivery/Integration:Developing ongoing processes for support of large-scale SI deliveriesIntegrating the solution into the customers existing infrastructureNetwork planningField deliveryProcess improvementDiagnostics and triageEssential Skills & Experience: Detailed technical understanding of the AMI systems from a configuration and usage perspective. Ability to triage faults, determine which system components they relate to and seek resolution through the engineering team, partners and customers Training of customers within the customer environmentPersonal Attributes:Proven ability and strong desire to learnResults oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customersExcellent organisational skills and detail orientedSelf-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-taskExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and oral, and an ability to convey technical concepts in a way that is digestible for customers and non-technical partnersEffective presentation, public speaking and writing skills.
