Job Description

    • Winning new business; You will lead and/or be accountable for defining the service architectures and designs for complex bids; especially requirements/cost tracking; leading and driving the service solution during bid phase; drive service strategy and align with customer requirements
    • As a role holder you will be accountable for the end-to-end service design for complex and Non-standard bids in defining the Service design artefacts and collating the client proposal and/or RFP response
    • You will work in challenging environments with new or non-standard components, complex combinations of portfolio and custom elements and non-standard SLAs, considering that the objectives are to BT as much as possible aligned with the BT s strategy.
    • Be responsible to create reusable designs (SDPs) for solution hubs and new products
    Youll have the following responsibilities
    • Evaluating designs provided by internal & external suppliers to ensure they are deliverable in the context of an end-to-end customer service.
    • To work on internal transformation projects, aligned to CTSO organization
    • Developing and defining the appropriate resourcing profiles to deliver the required service over the life of the contract.
    • Identifying and assessing service risks associated with designed solutions, providing both probability / impact assessment and mitigation strategy.
    • With support from the relevant subject matter experts, defining the planned service performance of the designed solutions including confirming operational performance against Service Level Agreements offered to the customer.
    • Leveraging mandated; artefacts, systems, tools, applications, databases, templates, and patterns to produce end to end service design and proposal text.

    • Service background with good knowledge on Solution & Technical.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills
    • Expert in power point and MS excel
    • Outstanding communications and presentations skills (customer facing)
