Job Description

    Sr Associate Banking Relations External Commercial BorrowingRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) upto USD 750 million per financial year based the companys budget and requirements.Responsible for the FX bond issuanceExecuting the ISDA with the banks and analysing the existing ISDA & arranging modification if requiredResponsible for updating on the economic data and explaining the market impact to seniors on a regular basisNegotiating the terms & conditions of the ECB loan agreements for the company.Handling the bank / investors queries of Banks, rating Agencies, auditors and other investorsDrafting and preparing the necessary documents or reports required by the auditors on the foreign currency borrowingArranging meetings with senior bank officialsPreparing the New Banking Group (for existing or new bank relationship) / in-principal / Board note for reducing the lead time for final sanctionPreparing the bank documentation and liaising for its early closure.Continuously updating the Borrowing deck, Investor Presentation and other standardized documentsAvailing WCDL on repayment, keeping update with market dynamicsContinuous research on economy, debt markets, RBI regulations to ensure more informed decision on fundingEnsuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processesAll responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.
