Job Description

    Maintain Seprate books of Accounts for All Research Related Activities. Gnerate Research related invoices. Maintain Physical record of each every Research related project code wise. Monthy Meeting with Programme Person for status update of the Research project. Prepration of MIS in Desired format Informing critical projects having unserspending or overspending to the senior Reconciliation of all bank accounts pertain to Research projects. Prepar fund call letter to funder for Research Project. Send Fund acknowledgement or 80 G receipt to funder after reciiving the fund. Preparing & send utilisation report to the funder along with supporting Documetns. Accounting Enteries of utilisation in books of account ( Tally) Scan all research ralated project related invoice project wise or month wise. Coordinate with auditors for Research project audit.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per monthSchedule: Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:.
