Job Description

The role involves identifying and empanelling CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth advisors, Insurance agents and Finance professionals and empanelling them as independent financial distributors with JM Financials.
Training new empanelled IFDs to effectively use digital platform and mobile app for providing knowledge on primary market products ( like MF, NFOs, IPOs, NSDs, Capital Market products, Bonds and corporate fixed deposits etc.)
Training and driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on ongoing basis.
The person should have good understanding of client (IFDs) needs in Primary market products.
Acquiring new IFDs and advising them on primary market products.
Organising events to develop the business of IFDs.

Incumbent with previous Experience in handling investment related product like mutual funds/fixed Income/life and General Insurance.
Should have experience in IFA channel
Good Communication
Should be NISM VA certified.
