Job Description

Provide assistance on technical issues raised by customers/prospects using Atlan
Act as a technical bridge between our front-line support team and the Engineering team
Debug technical/functional issues reported by the Customer Happiness team.
Provide bug fixes for customer-reported issues
Provide feedback to Engineering on Issue Patterns/Design changes/Features
Document issue resolutions as Runbooks / Knowledge Base articles

Prior experience supporting enterprise software products as part of the technical support team (L3 support or higher preferred)
Experience with Technical Debugging - Code browsing (Python/Java), Attaching Code debugger, Log analysis
Strong Computing & Software fundamentals - Operating System (Linux), Network, Storage (File Systems), Programming/Scripting, REST
Understanding of Cloud technologies/deployments - Kubernetes/AWS/Azure/GCP/Argo [Preferred]
Effective communication - Be able to concisely define problem statements and draft solutions.
Ability to work in shifts to support our global customer base.
