Job Description

    Position: Sr. Executive / Asst Manager - Customer Service, Delhi (Leading Building Materials Co)Role:- The role of a Customer Service Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager is to provide continuous support to the sales team to ensure that all sales and service objectives are met on time and customer orders, queries and grievances are handled properly- Maintaining the receipts of all the orders from the customers and processing the same in the system.- Ensuring that all the orders are properly compiled and sent to the dispatching location with all the necessary documents required for dispatch.- Co-ordinate with various functions such as planning, manufacturing, purchase and logistics for ensuring dispatches as per customer schedule.- SPOC - Single point of Contact for both internal and External stakeholder for (a) Availability of Material (b) Dispatch Information (c) Status of incoming material (d) Other necessary information.- Effective handling of the entire Customer Complaint Resolution System.- Co-ordination with credit control team for issues related to finished Goods dispatches.- Providing via email daily MIS to Sales team for a) Daily Dispatch Information b) Stock Status c) ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) of Finished GoodRequirements:- Any Graduate- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in customer service, ideally from the Building Materials Industry - Overall understanding of various functions such as Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Finance, etc- Excellent interpersonal skills- Good written and oral communication skills- Good networking skills- Knowledge of web based ERP and SAP SD module knowledge will have added advantage- Multi Taking and Cross-functional coordinationLocation: Delhi NCRThis position is for a client of Vertex Corporate Services which is a Leading Building Materials Company
