Job Description

Sr. Officer/Officer (R&D) For Cotton Spinning Unit - Uttar Pradesh.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Q.A /QC/R&D and standards and working methods of the shopfloor.
  • Knowledge of quality standards applicable to production.
  • Knowledge of working methods of production/shop floor.
  • Responsible for quality testing of yarn.
  • Efficient executing skills of the job within the time limit
  • Knowledge of IMS, OHSAS 18000, ETI & ORGANIC, etc.
  • To prepare & correspondence all report with the head of the Deptt. (R&D)
  • Supervising material & handling waste in department
  • Maintaining quality standards as per the requirement of the R&D department
  • Daily quality tracking of yarn to ascertaining the quality standards in the Usterised Quality lab.
  • Take corrective measures for control internal NC Complaint fabric and development sample analysis.
  • Attending customer complaints & assure corrective measures for non- occurrence in the future.
  • Maintaining W.C.M Methodology activities like Quality circle. 5s, Kaizen.
  • Monitoring all quality parameters of newly developed products for the bulk process.
Product Experience :
  • Melange & Grey cotton yarn
  • Melange P/C and other blended yarn
  • Melange special yarn like Slub yarn, Neppy yarn, Snow yarn, jaspe yarn, Lycra yarn, Injection yarn, injection with neps, Mosiac yarn D/F Blended mlange yarn
