Job Description

    We are looking for an Sr HR ManagerYou will oversee talent acquisition plans, which include writing job descriptions for recruitment, carrying out interviews, and hiring suitable job applicants.You will work with departmental managers during talent acquisition, ensuring that job applicants meet the relevant requirements for the position.You will support the onboarding process to introduce new employees to their colleagues, job responsibilities, and the organizations expectations.Assess employee performance based on whether they are accomplishing company objectives and provide them with feedback based on their performance.You will be integrating L&D policies to improve employee performance through targeting and training specific skillsYou will work with others to devise reward strategies to motivate employees, such as re-evaluating employee salaries, benefits, and compensationFacilitate the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews to obtain feedback on the employees experienceYou will be in charge of managing employee relations, such as mediating and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive working environmentYou will be responsible for administering timely payroll and managing accounting records for employee salariesConduct wage surveys to appraise the effectiveness of the organizations existing pay structure and implement changes accordinglyYou will review and revise the HR policy handbook to reflect changing economic trends, legislation, and organizational goalsYou must ensure that the organization complies with employment laws, and keep up to date with policies and practices to maintain complianceCommit to affirmative action programs by countering workplace discrimination and promoting and executing egalitarian employment practicesOrganize and deliver engaging presentations to upper management regarding HR-related issues, policies, and practicesPerform other administrative duties as assigned to you, such as maintaining employee records, or updating databasesRequirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalentMBA PreferableProven track record as an HR Manager or other management roles.Well-versed knowledge of employment law and recommended HR practicesExcellent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookYou have excellent oral and written communication skills. This includes being able to make effective presentations to upper management.Possess a high diplomatic and professional attitude toward managing interpersonal relationships with people at all levelsExperience with workplace investigation, conflict management, and handling employee grievances and disciplineAbility to effectively respond to inquiries and complaints from employees and upper managementExperiencing in leading, managing, and training employees for HR functionsYou are an effective problem solver who can analyse situations in order to create and implement practical solutions that meet organizational goalsYou demonstrate time management skills and capability in working with deadlinesComfortable with numbers, financial information, and analysing dataProactive attitude in forecasting plausible issues and implementing protective measuresExperience: 10 yearsOnly Male Candidate Preferred
