To achieve this, you will:Lead a team of Data Analysts enabling them to achieve their true potentialWith your passion for data you will drive Data analytics, inferences and insights efforts to equip Target to develop effective guest engagement tactics for DigitalTake ownership and deliver reporting and analysis to Digital businesses in a timely manner by managing prioritization of intake and working with the right team member to deliver outcomesDemonstrate comfort with ambiguity and independent decision-making to drive value for the business areas your team supportsBuild trusting partnerships with our global teams to effectively deliver on projectsPartner closely with the Product Owners, US Partners, Other Data Analytics/Data Sciences teams and business clients to deliver best results with optimal efforts.As a leader in the Marketing & Digital team in India you will hire, develop and establish a strong Data Analytics capability for Target in IndiaModel the way with Target behaviors, diversity and inclusion, learning agility, and guest mindsetCore responsibilities of this job, are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About You:Bachelor s Degree10+ years experience in Retail, with at least 5 years experience in Digital analyticsPrior hands on experience in advanced SQL, Hive, Adobe AnalyticsExperience of managing high performance teamsAbility to interpret data to improve team and business performanceA passion for data and strong problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated individual with passion for digitalComfortable with ambiguity and ability to navigate complex situationsStrong stakeholder management skillsUnderstands critical drivers and set priorities appropriatelyExcellent listening and communication skillsGreat articulation and presentation skills,
