Job Description

    Requirements:
    • Own, plan and manage assigned strategy projects, which may include collaboration and coordination with a variety of stakeholders
    • Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations
    • Work with Alliance leadership to define success metrics, establish benefits tracking processes, develop and manage KPIs
    • Demonstrate strong program management skills and be nimble in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
    • Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with National and Regional partners, in order to achieve business goals
    • Proactively sourcing new business prospects, building and executing exciting corporate partnerships and alliances
    • Handle end to end partnership execution including Identifying, meeting, pitching, negotiating commercials, and closing agreements wherever there is a partnership opportunity
    • Establishing and managing alliances with all the stakeholders of the organization
    • Conducting research and analysis to produce deliverables supporting potentials tie-ups
    • Drafting, updating and contributing content towards the material to be presented to the clients/stakeholders
    • Having a tap and driving the revenue numbers from alliance business
    • Working with cross-functional teams to devise strategic plans and overall support business goals
    • Designing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies Oversee quality control throughout the daily operations
    • Excellent core consulting skills i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modeling, including logical structuring and storytelling; superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    Required Candidate profile:
    • Experience of working in partnerships, strategic alliances, B2C/ B2B sales.
    • Experience of working within BFSI / Fintech, or with BFSI/Fintech partners.
    • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders will be preferred Top-notch oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent at preparing and giving presentations
