No. of Openings: Experience: Location: Qualification: Skill Set: Job Profile: Must have good hands - on experience in configuration and troubleshooting in the - Primarily Responsible for the Network Operations & Support within SLAs Deep understanding of networking protocols Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP / IP model Mandatory Hands on experience on either one technologies (Firewall , IPS , Web Security , Mail Security) IP addressing & sub netting , Routing Concepts (OSPF , BGP) , VLSM / CIDR Able to handle Server farm (Windows / Linux Servers) , Network Infrastructure (Switches , Routers , Cables , Racks , Security Appliance , LAN / WAN , TCP / IP , DNS , UD) , Knowledge of Building Automation Systems - Access Control , Surveillance CCTV , Fire Detection etc) Good problem solving and decision making skills Good communication in English for policy management and vendor coordination Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies , and defining and monitoring access Troubleshooting network and server related issues Troubleshoot laptop related issues and follow up with vendors Liaise with the team members to get the tasks completed in time Provide hands - on technical support & troubleshooting in Routing & Switching & Firewalls Managing Building Automation Systems - Access Control , Surveillance CCTV , Fire Detection etc) Maintenance (transfer / migration of servers / desktops , user account management , security policies / monitoring , hardware troubleshooting / repair , coordination with service providers) etc. Should independently be capable of handling the entire IT and allied infrastructure at a corporate and at sites , planning / design / procurement / deploying new initiatives. Should have good knowledge of network setup / administration (CISCO certified) , MCSE (Microsoft infrastructure) , and should be pro - active and self - driven. At a higher level should also be able to conduct / organise conferences , train new staff on IT skills (network , os , ms office , corporate documentation standards , erp systems training etc) , be a team player with different levels of staff and deliver requirements / results most professionally.
