Job Description

    • PMC Cycle
      1. Work closely with the CoE to animate PMC completion through periodic global communications and tracking
      2. Weekly tracking of completion status of the PMC steps to be perfom in due dates as per PMC cycle ( performance evaluation, objectives setting, people review codes, competences assessment, development plan ) and reporting
        1. Provide HRBPs with % completion reports,
        2. send reminder emails to the employees and managers
      3. Coordinate translation of PMC communication for the 3/5 top languages in Alstom
      4. Train local HR to deliver the PMC training in local language
      5. Refresher of PMC training for managers and employees in English
      6. Prepare regional PR deck using the global template
      7. Train local HR to use ALPS to manage the People Review Module and other modules
    • Talent Pool Management
      1. Maintain Talent Pool in ALPS
      2. Maintain WCE/WCM expert list in ALPS
      3. Prepare letters of appointment Master & Senior Experts
      4. Perform talent pool data analysis
      5. Preparation of Talent Forum (every 2 months)
        1. Construction of the talent file based on PMC report
        2. Publication of the file in the dedicated Sharepoint (HR have to update it)
        3. Meeting animation, file update, publication after the forum
      6. Preparation of Expat forum group (every 2 months)
        1. Construction of the expat file based on Expat report
        2. Publication of the file in the dedicated Sharepoint (HR have to update it)
        3. Meeting animation, file update, publication after the forum
    • Competencies Management
      1. Track progress in competencies assessment and report periodically
      2. Perform competencies analysis on demand
    • Job description library management
      1. Link between business need and implementation team (through HR)
      2. Ensure the compliance of the Job Description the job library in term of title and job codes.
      3. Ensure the homogenization of all the published Job Description in Acomis (Format)
      4. Work collaboratively with the Internal Control team to have the Job Description published
      5. Update of the Job Description library in the Hr Corner (every 2 weeks) and update the Job Library accordingly.
