Job Description

Managing engagements and addressing the majority of accounting difficulties that come up throughout the tax engagement under the direction of the tax manager.
For standard tax difficulties, contact the responsible tax bureau.
Provide fast resolution to all tax-related difficulties for new shop openings, including tax invoice management, general taxpayer and filings for VAT, etc.
Examine and advise clients on tax-related concerns.
Supervise the tax function as it relates to hedge funds, including the creation, review, and defense of all federal and state tax returns.
Monitoring and examining tax returns.
Actively keep an eye out for changes to federal and state tax laws to make sure that the proper planning, compliance, and reporting are done.
Identifies and shares with department management potential risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
Prepare federal tax reporting for foreign aspects.
