Nehru Place, DelhiPosition Overview:The Team Leader for the B2B Counselling Team is responsible for leading a team of B2B counsellors, fostering strong relationships with business partners, maintaining communication, and ensuring effective collaboration within the team. The primary goal is to drive business development, enhance relationships, and provide guidance to the team to achieve targets and objectives.Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of B2B counsellors, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure individual and team success. Foster and maintain strong relationships with business partners, agents, and introducers to enhance collaboration and achieve common goals. Shortlist suitable university-candidate matches based on requirements and preferences, optimizing the selection process. Follow up with business partners and agents for any pending documents and provide necessary support in the visa and accommodation process as needed. Provide guidance and support on CRM usage to partners and agents, ensuring effective utilization and data management. Collaborate closely with the compliance team to ensure strict compliance processes for interviews and financial checks are followed before communication with universities. Liaise with the product team for CRM suggestions and enhancements, incorporating feedback and improving product features. Actively contribute to the conversion of SQLs into deposits by coordinating with partners and introducers, maximizing business opportunities. Conduct regular meetings with business partners to address concerns, provide support, and discuss strategies to increase sales and achieve targets. Participate in virtual webinars and sessions organized by universities to stay informed and engaged in the education industry. Facilitate knowledge and information sharing within the team and across branches as needed, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.Required Skills: Exceptional communication skills, confidence, and a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt.
