In this role you will be responsible for shift operations at our SCs and support the SC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.Key job responsibilitiesEssential Functions Should own the shifts and manage/troubleshoot run time issues with proper communication and escalations Working with the reporting manager to ensure smooth function of the Amazon transportation operations Executing the day to day operations and ensuring strong people connect. Handling inbound, sortation and outbound activities based out of the sort centers Coordinating with transportation vendors for timely arrival and departure of vehicles Ensuring connection of media to respective locations (both intercity and intra-city) without failEssential Skills Strong execution skills, Action oriented, go better Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources Ability to work under pressure situations Ability to work in ambiguous situations and to come out with solutions as per the situations faced, Basic Qualifications Any Graduation People management experience essential. Good communication skills - English is must Good Analytical / MS Excel Skills BBA/ Bcom/Btech preferred Experience in handling external and multiple stakeholders including team, vendors, clients, field executives is highly desirable. Experience in handling live operation preferred (wherein troubleshooting and decisions have to be taken on the spot.) Excellent Analytical / MS Excel Skills
