In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives in promoting and selling our educational technology solutions. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds targets. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational landscape through the promotion of innovative technology solutions.Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to excel in selling EdTech products and services. Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies specific to the EdTech industry. Develop an in-depth understanding of our EdTech products and services. Ensure the team is well-versed in product features and benefits. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead conversion and customer acquisition. Monitor and report on individual and team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to drive results. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales within the EdTech industry, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Thorough knowledge of EdTech products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a passion for the EdTech industry and the impact it can make on education. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.Additional: Rs. 2000 will be paid extra to all the employees i.e Rs. 1000 for using their laptop, Rs. 500 for wifi and Rs. 500 for mobile recharge/bill which will be over and above the offered package,
