Job Description

    The role is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of operational activities across multiple projects, tracking project progress & reporting and monitoring utilization of resources. Additionally, this role covers other activities supporting operations including coordinating of client visits, events and meetings and providing support on other operational activities.The job responsibilities include: Provide administrative support across a multi project operation, responsible for but not limited to:
    • Manage Joiners/Movers/Leavers process for all in scope engagements
    • Maintain and publish BU specific reports, dashboards including shrinkage reports,engagement specific people data base, business schedules etc.
    • Publish engagement specific and BU specific business alerts
    • Testing and reporting of systems access, applicable controls and system restrictions
    • End to end management of offboarding and onboarding request for operational and deliverysupport resources
    • PMO and admin specific tasks relating to mobilisation and decommissioning ofengagements
    Provide administrative support across the People Support function and the operations to include butnot limited to:
    • Coordination of client visits and meeting arrangements
    • Logistical arrangements for internal and external visitors
    • Event coordination (Town Hall s etc.)
    • Meeting pack production
    • Minute taking
    • Stationary inventory and requests

    • Minimum of bachelor s degree from reputable universities
    • Preferred 5 years of minimum experience and background in Banking/Financial services industry with 1-2 years administrative experience
    • Competent in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Proven ability to work under pressure
