Job Description

    As a Telesales Representative at [Travel Company Name], you will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel packages and services over the phone. Your primary goal will be to engage potential customers, understand their travel needs and preferences, and recommend suitable travel options that align with their requirements.Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our travel services and packages.
    2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Listen attentively to customers travel preferences, budget constraints, and any special requirements to tailor personalized travel solutions.
    4. Provide accurate information about destinations, travel itineraries, accommodation options, and other relevant details to assist customers in making informed decisions.
    5. Effectively handle objections and negotiate with customers to close sales and achieve targets.
    6. Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.
    7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional travel services.
    8. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to remain competitive and informed.
    9. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in the CRM system.
    10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.
    Requirements:
    1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
    2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
    3. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
    4. Knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and travel-related services is an advantage.
    5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Target-driven with a focus on achieving sales quotas and objectives.
    7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
