Job Description

    Profile : Tender Executive Cum Business Development ExecutiveRole :
    • Must have prior experience of Working with GEM Portal & E-procurement portals.
    • To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications
    • Preparing Bid Documents .
    • Sending Mail to the Clients and taking Follow-ups .
    • Preparing of Company profiles, Noting & drafting.
    • Knowledge of Tally & ESI & EPF is preferrable.
    • Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
    • Research and identify potential tender opportunities that align with the companys objectives.
    • Analyze tender requirements and evaluate the scope of work.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop winning tender strategies.
    • Maintain tender databases and records for future reference.
    • Monitor tender portals and websites for new opportunities.
    • Assist in the negotiation and finalization of tender contracts.
