Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    1. Identify and evaluate tender opportunities that align with the companys capabilities, business objectives, and strategic priorities.
    2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, finance, legal, and technical teams, to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.
    3. Communicate tender requirements, deadlines, and expectations to relevant departments and team members.
    4. Facilitate meetings and discussions to develop bid strategies, pricing models, and technical solutions.
    5. Prepare and compile tender proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tender requirements and specifications.
    6. Write and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, technical responses, commercial terms, and supporting documentation.
    7. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical solutions and value propositions that differentiate the companys bid from competitors.
    8. Create graphical elements, diagrams, and visuals to enhance the presentation and readability of the proposal.
    9. Manage the bid lifecycle from inception to submission, including tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
    10. Ensure all required forms, certifications, and supporting documents are included in the bid package.
    11. Submit bids through the designated procurement portals or channels within the specified timeframe.
