Job Description

    Job Title: Trade Marketing Specialist/ManagerResponsibilities: Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform trade marketing plans. Channel Management: Work closely with various distribution channels, retailers, and key partners to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the trade. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns to promote products and drive sales within the trade channels. Create promotional materials, POS displays, and other collateral to support trade marketing activities. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in trade marketing strategies. Monitor and evaluate the performance. of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Budget Management: Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Track and report on expenditures related to trade marketing campaigns. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of trade marketing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product positioning and market presence. Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on trade marketing initiatives and strategies. Ensure that sales teams have the necessary tools and information to effectively communicate and implement trade marketing programs,
