Job Description

    Key Deliverables With an experience in Indian capital market, coordination with brokers, depository and exchanges, while handling equity trading process, your key responsibilities will include:
    • To co-ordinate various activities of the team related to trade processing and regulatory reporting, confirmation of trades, settlements, pay-in & payout of securities.
    • Driver sales revenue through B2B, B2C and franchisee network
    • To support the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performance culture
    • Effectively manage P&L responsibility which involves monitoring the net income after expenses for the department with direct influence on how company resources are allocated
    • Drive sales campaigns to enhance revenue and increase product growth
    • Actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, credentials pitch, solution pitch, negotiation and closure
    • To collaborate with stakeholders in managing the business activities of cross functional products and enhance revenue generation
    • Achievement of product wise targets
    • Ensuring that team is well equipped with product / technical knowledge
    • To travel and do business planning on national level with the team & ensuring that it is executed as per the goals
    • Serve as technical operational expert for queries from clients/team members etc.
    • Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal so as to build and maintain robust control environment.
    • Regular contact with all mapped clients through weekly / monthly calls
    • Providing seamless and superior service delivery
    • Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified and increase client retention rate
    • Ensuring compliance with key regulatory / audit agency requirements
    • Ensure compliance through regular process checks and self-audit scores
    • Work very closely with the process owners/stakeholders and other internal clients for overall growth of the trading business
    • Hiring, retaining and development of sub-ordinates
    • Take ownership for own career management, seeking opportunities for continuous development of personal capability and improved performance contribution
    • Act as a role model for new employees, providing help and support to facilitate early integration and assimilation of their new environment
    • Support tough people decisions to ensure people performance is aligned with organization imperatives and needs. Address individual performance issues, where necessary, to drive for high performance
    Personality Traits
    • Exposure to the Indian capital markets, settlements or having custody background would be preferred
    • Effective, versatile and action-oriented
    • Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
    • Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across the departments
    • Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple points both from inside and outside the organization
    • Extensive knowledge of unit economics, business operations, corporate development and strategy
