Job Description

A technologist responsible for technically leading a team of technical trainers, developing and delivering training content, new technology offerings and enablement sessions to partners and customers on most cutting-edge technologies of OEMs like Cisco, Arista, F5, PaloAlto, etc.The Technical Lead will have an opportunity to work on new technology offerings like 5G, private LTE, IOT, Devops, Cloud Computing and Cyber security by virtue of cross functional engagements within several service lines, business units and lab infrastructure teams within Altran(Capgemini).The Technical Lead will also be exposed to work close cohesion with other service arms like Professional services, Managed services, NOC/SOC for cross linkage of trainings and content design/ development with other services like network design, deployment, migration and technical support.Work Location : Gurgaon/BangaloreWork Experience : 5 yrs - 12 yrsRoles and Responsibilities:

Exposure to most cutting-edge technologies in Enterprise Networking domain i.e. Software Defined-WAN, Software Defined-Access, Campus & Cloud Automation, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, etc.
Identification of new technologies and keep abreast of changing technology trends, contribute to design & structure training offerings on cutting edge Cisco EN, DC & Security technologies
Effectively deliver high quality enablement sessions on Cisco Enterprise, DC & Security technologies.
Develop over all technical & communications competency for successful delivery of trainings
Assist the team in facilitating the lab setup, customizing training content, etc.

Technical Skills & QualificationKnowledge & experience in at least two of the three technology domains mentioned below in any combination

Enterprise Networking: Good understanding and hands-on experience with SDN Technologies like Cisco SDA and Cisco SD-WAN

Data Center: Good understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Nexus Switches Cisco UCS/Hyperconvergence

Security: Good understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, NGFW, Cisco NGFW/AMP Solutions & VPN/DMVPN Solutions
Virtualization with different vendors like Microsoft, VMware KVM, etc
Preference for Relevant industry Certification / specialization i.e. CCIE/ CCNA / CCNP

Other Knowledge / Skill and Expertise

Comfortable to travel across globe
Go getter attitude, with ability to identify stake holders, build rapport with them with an objective of task completion
Self-paced learner, Self-Managed and motivated individual
Excellent Presentation and inter-personal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desire to excel in consulting and training
Continued interest in keeping current with latest industry trends.
