Job Description

    UK TRAVEL COMPANY IS HIRING FOR TRAVEL CONSULTANT(VOICE PROCESS)Job TitleTravel Consultant-VOIVE PROCESS( WORK FROM HOME).

    1- expertise in handling international inbound and out bound calls.2-Sound knowledge on Amadeus/GDS/Sabre & any other relevant travel platforms3- 2 yrs travel work experience.GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLETravel consultant role is to manage bookings for customers who are planning their travel using LH portal & handle all travel related queries including refunds & amendments via OB/IB calls, chats & back-office functions.KEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTEDExcellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers.Must have relevant Travel vertical experience and domain knowledge.Should be good in managing / handling customer queries & providing faster resolution.Confident in making follow-up calls to close the tickets.Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.Open for the rotational shift in 24X7 environmentQUALIFICATIONGraduates/Under GradsMulti-lingual European languages (Optional)Certification in Travel Applications/DomainFunctional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packagesBasic knowledge on Google Suit (Docs, Sheetsetc.)Keyboard Skills Good Typing speed (30 WPM)KEY COMPETENCIES / KEY SKILLS Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal (English) European languages (optional)Team player and contribute towards Team goalsShould be able to work in a high-pressure environmentFlexible to work with roster offs & shiftsTaking Ownership & act responsibly with Organizations guidelinesOTHER REQUIREMENTSRotational shiftsReady to commute by self if company transport isnt available to the residing zone.24X7 working Environment, team member will get 2 offs (split offs)No Indian or UK holidays, only Week Offs & approved leaves
