Job Description

    Dear Folks,We have urgent opening for Salesforce CRM Specialist.Primary Skills: Salesforce CRM, B2BAs a CRM (Salesforce) Specialistyou will be expected to do the following: Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and product Lead Salesforce administration & manage profile-wise access, sharing rules, workflows & groups Understanding of end-to-end funnel management in Salesforce with expertise in lead, enquiry, opportunity workflow and associated governing rules Liasion with the sales team to understand their usage of Salesforce and challenges being faced in adoption Provide consulting and coaching to the frontline sales team on funnel management & day-to-day working using Salesforce Build sales dashboards, performance metric reports & visual models and ensure their timely & error-free delivery to guide strategic decisions and drive performance Prepare BRDs for any developments required in Salesforce basis feedback from frontline sales team & coordinate with the product team for associated implementation Work on Salesforce automation to streamline processes Day to day administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the connected Salesforce platform Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the platform .Profile/Qualifications/Experience:Engineer& MBA (preferred) Proficient in Salesforce & other CRM software such as Lead Squared, HubSpot etc 4-6 years of experience in CRM process excellence (preferably Salesforce) in a reputed B2C/B2B organization Understanding of business operations, sales cycle & channel management wold be a definite advantage Experience in driving sales process efficiency & sales funnel management using Salesforce as CRM Proficiency in creating visually appealing Sales force dashboards, generating relevant reports & maintaining Salesforce databases In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities with experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles and managing access Ability to provide Salesforce training to the sales teamand end-user support as and when required Strong presentation and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) Extremely high ownership, self-starter and work in a constantly-changing and fast-growing environment Adept at establishing collaborative and trusting relationships with the businesss key internal leaders and stakeholders to ensure buy-in for key initiatives Must be hands-on with willingness to deep dive into any issue to get a resolution.
