Good Communication skills - will be required to call major companies, make cold calls, create database etc.2. English skills for writing emails & proposals.3. Prior experience in commercial real estate4. Knowledge of land related work ideal5. The surveyor will be required to gather commercial project data from developers/landlords through the field survey.6. Visits and calling. The incumbent would need to develop relationships with developers and landlords.7. Should have a good understanding of the real estate terminologies.8.
