Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of a Team Leader Sales for Insurance outbound process

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Need to drive swiping device sales in the assigned area.
  • Capable of hiring and building team
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • People Management.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Suggest and organize team building activities
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Must be a graduate.
  • Must have sales outbound or Insurance outbound experience.
  • Candidates should have team handling experience (TL & ASM) in sales preferably for outbound sales or Insurance sales.
  • Must know how to calculate Attrition and shrinkage.
  • Must have dialer knowledge, worked on dialer (predictive or preview mode).
  • Must know rostering, DRR,RAG Analysis. Login calculation and data preparation.
